  2. I see the "Oregon" tag, but could have identified that as an Oregon beach! After all, the Oregon coast has basically served as my vacation grounds for ...oh, the last 15 years or so. I love it very much, but I sure dream of a dream vacation far away from here! (I just love all the shots of you in your sidebar...how beautiful and inspiring, Debbie.)

  8. Hi Debbie, I don't do memes (just my own choice) --but I enjoy reading others' posts --who do choose to do memes.

    Great Watery Wednesday post....

  9. Hi Debbie, A Meme is when a blogger decides on a specific theme (such as Watery Wednesday) --and people sign up on their site each week saying that they are going to do a blog using that theme. They give that person (who chooses the theme) credit on their blog --telling others to join Watery Wednesday (or whatever meme it is). Others then who want to see all of the Watery Wednesdays that others are doing, go to that person's list --and can go from one blog to the next seeing that theme done by different bloggers.

Some people think that it's a good way to get lots of new followers --since people who 'meme' seem to follow others who also meme... Make sense?

I personally don't like it (but I have nothing against it) simply because I like my individual posts --and don't like to follow someone else's themes. I also think that some people meme just because they 'need' that theme since they cannot think of things to blog about themselves...

I noticed now that you didn't sign up---so you are just using a common theme without going through the meme... SO---actually, you aren't doing a meme today.

If you have more questions, email me at betsyadams@mac.com

    Hugs,
    Betsy
