It does give you a natural high, knowing that you have completed a 200 mile ride. Of course this was over a two day period! (100 miles each day) Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment!
Well I had done this ride twice! Once in 2006 and again in 2007. To train I was riding 27 miles 3 to 4 days a week and taking a spin class once a week. I haven't done any big rides for the last two years since recovering from a diagnosis of Melanoma. Trying to build back up some miles now. Who knows, maybe I'll do it again!!
Fantastic! You never cease to amaze me. My sense of balance is so bad now, I can't even ride a bicycle 10 feet, never mind from Seattle to Portland. My youngest brother is a mountain biker, and so is his son, age 9. Scares me out of what few wits I have left. K
Well done, your look remarkable full of vitality after 200 miles.

Impressive! How much do you ride on a weekly basis and what if anything did you do to prepare fore this?
